My Math Confidence Coach provides educational math support, including live online sessions, review programs, coaching, tutoring-related services, and educational resources.

2. Parent and Guardian Registration
Where a student is under the age of majority, registration must be completed or authorized by a parent or legal guardian.
By registering a child, you represent that you are authorized to provide the information submitted and to consent to the child’s participation.
3. Registration Information
You agree to provide accurate and current information when registering.
We may rely on information such as the student’s grade, school, math needs, and other information you voluntarily provide to determine appropriate session placement or program support.
4. Educational Nature of Services
Our services are intended to provide educational support and help students improve understanding, skills, and confidence in mathematics.
We do not guarantee:
A specific grade or test result
Admission to any school or program
A specific academic outcome
That every concept will be mastered within a particular period of time
Student progress depends on many factors, including participation, effort, prior knowledge, school instruction, and individual circumstances.
5. Live Online Sessions
Some services are delivered through live video conferencing platforms such as Zoom.
Participants are responsible for having:
A suitable device
Reliable internet access
Appropriate audio or video capabilities where needed
A suitable environment for participation
We are not responsible for interruptions caused by a participant’s internet connection, equipment, third-party platform outages, or other technical issues outside our reasonable control.
6. Session Conduct
Students are expected to participate respectfully and appropriately.
We may remove a participant from a session or program where behaviour is disruptive, abusive, unsafe, inappropriate, or interferes with the experience of other participants.
7. Scheduling and Changes
Session dates, times, instructors, formats, or program details may occasionally change.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to registered participants.
8. Free Programs and Future Paid Services
Some programs, including promotional or introductory sessions, may be offered at no charge.
Participation in a free program does not obligate you to purchase future services.
If paid programs are offered in the future, applicable fees, payment terms, cancellation policies, and refund terms will be disclosed before purchase.

By registering, you may receive service-related communications such as:
Registration confirmations
Session schedules
Zoom links
Reminders
Program updates
Responses to questions you submit
Marketing or promotional communications will be sent only where permitted by applicable law and based on the consent or other lawful basis available to us.
For commercial electronic messages subject to CASL, recipients must be provided with identification information and a functioning unsubscribe mechanism.
10. SMS Terms
If you consent to receive text messages from My Math Confidence Coach:
Message frequency may vary.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe.
Reply HELP for assistance.
Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
Our collection and use of personal information in connection with messaging is governed by our Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website, educational materials, lesson content, worksheets, graphics, text, branding, videos, and other materials provided by My Math Confidence Coach are owned by or licensed to us.

12. Recording of Sessions
You may not record, screen-capture, reproduce, or distribute live sessions without our prior written permission.
If we intend to record a session, we will provide appropriate notice and seek consent where required.

Our website or programs may rely on third-party platforms, including video conferencing, communications, hosting, or scheduling providers.
We are not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, policies, outages, or security practices of third-party providers.

To the extent permitted by law, we do not make guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific educational results.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
